We were thrilled to welcome Glencoe-Silver Lake High School students into our surgical services department for a Mock Operating Room event!
Students scrubbed in and gowned up for a day of learning and career exploration through each station of our Mock Operating Room event. Our surgery staff were able to share information about their roles, demonstrate how surgical tools work, and teach the students the importance of pre-operative preparation.
