You can receive your statement via email, text, or mail. You will always be able to control how you are receiving these, and can change your preferences at any time. Our goal is to minimize paper waste and to make the payment process easier for you.

Pay Online

We offer a secure portal to easily and conveniently access your statements and pay your bills online. The portal allows you to:

  • manage electronic statement delivery
  • select payment plans
  • make partial payments
  • change payment preferences
  • print payment receipts

Payment options are credit card, debit card, health savings account card, ACH, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

To pay your bill online, you will need to create an online billing account. Your Glencoe Regional Health account number can be found on your last statement:

Note: The account number is called the guarantor number on the online bill pay website.

Make a payment or check your balance 24 hours a day by calling 320-337-8891. Please have your statement handy to access your Glencoe Regional Health account number. Payment options include credit card, debit card, or check.

Pay In-Person

Payments can be dropped off Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. at our Patient Financial Advocate’s office, located at:
