As a community-based organization, we feel a deep responsibility to ensure that area residents have convenient access to high-quality care, delivered with a personal touch. After all, our patients are also our employees, family members, friends and neighbors!
There are situations in which the most efficient or effective way to deliver a needed service is to partner with an organization that has specialized expertise or deeper resources. We work with other organizations when and where it makes sense for our patients, while maintaining our independence and close connection to the community. Community Partners
American Red Cross
In support of the American Red Cross, we coordinate blood drives in Glencoe several times a year, collecting lifesaving blood for those in need.
Glencoe Area Community Foundation
Our local community foundation helps improve the Glencoe area today and into the future. We support its efforts to enhance the quality of life through projects that meet immediate needs and a permanent fund that positions Glencoe for a bright future.
Local Schools
Our local school districts are key partners. In the Glencoe-Silver Lake (GSL) district, we provide an athletic trainer on-site for student athletes several times each week. In Lester Prairie, we have a multi-year financial commitment for its state-of-the-art video scoreboard. We also provide other sponsorships throughout the year.
McLeod Education and Drug Awareness (MEADA)
We support the outreach efforts and safety goals of MEADA by hosting Needle Disposal events on our Glencoe campus, promoting the Take it to the Box medication disposal program, and providing support for an annual training event.

A connected community is a strong community. Our staff is part of this grassroots group that works to build bridges between new and longtime residents and ensure everyone feels like they belong here in Glencoe.

With a growing need for mental health awareness and support, our annual Premier Sponsorship supports our community by building awareness of suicide prevention, as well as mental health and wellness advocacy and education.
Business Partners
Allina Health
Allina Health operates our licensed ambulance service and provides us with access to the state-of-the-art EPIC/Excellian electronic medical record system with MyChart patient portal. Specialists at Allina provide stroke care and genetic counseling to our patients in Glencoe via telemedicine connection. Minneapolis Heart Institute, an affiliate of Allina Health, sends cardiologists to see patients at our Glencoe clinic.
Healogics
Healogics, the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound healing services, provides management services and operational support for our Center for Advanced Wound Care.
Park Nicollet Health Services
Park Nicollet provides management services and support to our leadership team. We are able to save money on medical technology, equipment and supplies by leveraging Park Nicollet’s group purchasing contract with Premier Inc. Park Nicollet also provides clinical staff for our orthopedics department and sends their nephrologists to see patients at our Glencoe clinic.
Other Healthcare Providers
We have partnered with several medical practices to bring consulting specialists to see patients and perform surgical procedures at Glencoe Regional Health on a regular basis. These consultants come from Park Nicollet and Allina Health as described above, as well as Ridgeview Medical Center, Minneapolis Clinic of Neurology and Minnesota Oncology.
