Medical Focus
As a nurse anesthetist, I’m trained to provide anesthesia care throughout a patient’s surgical procedure, and also provide central and peripheral IV access, labor analgesia, regional anesthesia for pain control, and airway management and consultation. I have a special interest in regional anesthesia and love incorporating these techniques into the care of my patients. As the Director of Anesthesia Services, I oversee the operations of the Anesthesia Department and partner with Surgical Services to provide high quality, personalized care for our patients.

My Passion
Providing safe, reliable, and best-practice anesthesia care to patients in rural Minnesota is a passion of mine. I also love providing continuity of care for our patients undergoing anesthesia for surgical procedures. The family atmosphere at Glencoe Regional Health is second-to-none, and it shows in the care we provide to our patients.
After Hours
I live in Waconia with my wife, Malea, and our children. I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, and getting out for a round of golf in the summer. We’re also active in our church.
