Medical Focus

As a Family Medicine provider, I see patients of all ages, and enjoy the variety my Family Medicine practice brings. From well-child visits to end-of-life conversations, my goal is to support my patients wherever they are in life. I enjoy caring for entire families, and am passionate about providing care for adolescents, weight loss management, and mental health.

My Passion

I was first drawn to the medical field by my love of science. Medicine is the perfect blend of my passions: keeping up with scientific advancements and helping people. My favorite part of my job is partnering with my patients to make decisions about their health. I love helping patients understand their conditions and empowering them to take an active role in their treatment options. I encourage my patients to talk with me about their concerns and what’s important to them. I want them to feel comfortable being open and honest with me during our appointments.

After Hours

My husband and I live in the country with our two young boys. We enjoy spending time together as a family, and can often be found fishing, golfing, watching movies, and attending our boys’ sports games. We love being “local tourists” and seeing the quirky and unique places that Minnesota has to offer. I am a family person and love the simple joy of hanging out with family over a cup of coffee.
