Prairie Trail walking path

Every three years, we conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to understand our community’s most pressing health needs and priorities. We engage in research, determine our role and possible partners, and then adopt an implementation strategy to help address areas of concern.

This process fulfills our mission as a nonprofit hospital, and it meets the requirements enacted by the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
