GlenFields Living with Care is a 108-bed licensed skilled nursing facility providing residential care for individuals who can no longer live independently and need daily skilled nursing care. GlenFields also offers transitional care after a hospital stay for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care, but who would benefit from skilled nursing care and physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy.
