Short Stay Rehabilitation

After a hospitalization for surgery, illness, or injury, patients may need additional time to recover before returning home. We offer short-stay rehabilitation for people of all ages who no longer need hospital care, but who would benefit from skilled nursing care and physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy.

Prior to returning home, we offer home safety assessments and provide recommendations for equipment and services to assure a safe discharge plan.
