Supporting our

Community's Health

Health is an important part of our daily lives, and a lot of life happens outside the walls of our facility. When local organizations are doing great work to promote and facilitate health and well-being, we want to be a partner in that work. We can do more together for our community than any organization can do alone.

Several local churches and fire departments have received grants from the Foundation to help purchase Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) that are compatible with their primary ambulance service providers, like the New Auburn Fire Department pictured here.

Priority Areas

We’re here for health. The health of our patients and residents, and the health of our community. As such, we invite interested organizations to apply for grant funding when their projects align with one or more of our priority areas, which include:

  • Healthy Eating
  • Active Living
  • Behavioral Health, with a focus on mental health and/or substance abuse
  • Community Safety
  • Other Community Health Initiatives

Grant Application

Please fill out our Grant Application Form below to start the process. Or, contact the Foundation Director to discuss your idea or questions.

Before applying, we encourage you to review our Grant Guidelines. This is a competitive process, and not all applicants will be awarded.

Grant applications are reviewed and decisions made twice per year. As such, deadlines for completed applications are March 31, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
