Medical Focus

As a board-certified Family Medicine provider, I provide diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of acute illnesses and chronic conditions that can occur in patients of all ages. I also provide preventive services and education to help my patients stay in their best health. Advanced training enables me to care for women during pregnancy, attend water births and perform C-section deliveries. I also serve as hospitalist.

I am fluent in Spanish, and use my language skills to care for Spanish-speaking patients. When I was a student, I had the opportunity to travel multiple times to Ecuador and the Dominican Republic to study, work, and serve on mission trips.

My Passion

I’m passionate about supporting my patients’ healthy lifestyle decisions. I cherish the opportunity to care for women during their pregnancies, delivery their babies, and care for those children as they grow. I enjoy treating a variety of skin conditions from acne to skin cancer. As a former college athlete, I also enjoy Sports Medicine and helping my patients stay as active as possible.

After Hours

My husband, Bryan, and I live near the Glencoe Regional Health campus in Glencoe. We enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time outside together – especially when it involves mountain climbing! I enjoy running and exercising regularly to stay fit. Faith is an important part of my life, as well. Bryan and I are active in our church. In my free time, I enjoy walking our dog, playing piano, and reading.
