Medical Focus

As a physical therapist, I provide treatments for a variety of conditions in an outpatient orthopedic setting. I have special interest in treating shoulder and spine-related conditions, and TMJ problems – areas that are crucial to daily life. I also have special vestibular therapy training in treating individuals with vertigo, dizziness, post-concussion syndrome, as well as those with balance impairments.

My Passion

I enjoy working with patients to help them understand their bodies and to improve overall function so they can return to their daily activities at home, school, work, or leisure. It’s rewarding to work with patients to improve balance and reduce fall risks, or to help an athlete improve strength and agility in order to return to playing sports.

After Hours

I volunteer regularly at our daughter’s school and at our church. I also enjoy working out by lifting weights and doing spin classes – I converted a spare bedroom in my house into a personal gym. My husband and I have one daughter, and live in Waconia.
