As a physical therapist, I provide treatments for a variety of conditions including sports injuries, orthopedic injuries, shoulder injuries, knee and ankle injuries, surgical recovery, low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, and headache. I also have special training in manual therapy, cupping therapy, and instrument assisted soft tissue massage (IASTM).
I’ve always been fascinated by how the human body works, and my passion for sports and personal experience with injuries led me to discover physical therapy. It’s the perfect blend of my interests and a way to help others recover and thrive.

My Passion
The best part of my job is seeing patients overcome injuries and regain their freedom – it’s inspiring to witness their resilience every day. I especially enjoy working with athletes, knowing firsthand how deeply injuries can impact them, and I’m grateful to support their journey back to peak performance.
After Hours
I grew up in Glencoe and currently reside in Silver Lake with my wife and our chocolate lab named Charlie. We also have a new baby boy! Outside of work, I enjoy helping the GSL athletes with strength and conditioning programs and coaching. I also enjoy playing amateur baseball, deer hunting, pheasant hunting with Charlie, golfing, cheering on MN sports teams, and leading Bible studies.
