The City of Glencoe is undergoing roadwork on Hennepin Ave., which will take place in three phases. We want to make sure your visit to our Glencoe campus is as smooth as possible – please see below for details and updates on any road closures or detours you may experience.
What to know before your visit
Sections of Hennepin Ave. will temporarily be closed as part of the multi-phase project. The parking lot entrance leading to GlenFields will not be accessible at this time, due to construction at the intersection of 20th St. and Hennepin Ave. Visitors to GlenFields should utilize the second entrance to our campus along Hennepin Ave. See below for a map, and follow the signage on our campus.
As you navigate to our campus, you may need to take a short detour using 18th St. to reach the open portion of Hennepin Ave. near our campus. The City of Glencoe will post signage to alert you to any road closures and detours along your route.

- Closed areas of Hennepin Ave. near our campus are marked in red on the map below.
- Detour routes are marked in green.
- Our campus is marked with the blue “H.”
