As a physical therapist, I help teenagers and adults recover from a wide variety of conditions involving bones, muscles, joints, and other connective tissues. I have additional training in orthopedic care to help patients recover from injuries and surgeries and get them back to functioning at their best. I also have special training in pelvic health, and enjoy helping mothers during the peripartum and postpartum stages of their pregnancy.

My Passion
I enjoy helping people return to the activities they love. It’s great to see the smile on someone’s face as they improve and become themselves again.
After Hours
I grew up near New Ulm and currently reside in New Auburn with my husband and our young twin girls, who keep us on our toes! We also have two adorable cats named Snowflake and Casper. With our friends and family, we enjoy spending time at our cabins up north, out on the lakes, and at local breweries and wineries. I like to relax by watching movies, reading a good book, and playing games with my loved ones.
